Somerset Regional Animal Hospital
A native of Wicomico County, MD, Dr. Rayne graduated from Virginia Tech Veterinary School in 1992. He, his wife and children live on a local farm with their dogs, cats and horses. Dr. Rayne has a great sense of humor, is quick-witted and very humble.
Dr. Jeffrey Reed
A Pug lover for sure, Dr. Reed graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2007 and has been living and working on the Eastern Shore since 2010. He, his wife and daughter enjoy life with their adorable dogs, cats and horses. Dr. Reed is also a passionate Buffalo Bills fan.
Rebecca Daisey-Justice
Rebecca is a licensed vet tech from Gumboro, DE. She attended Del Tech for her associates in Veterinary Techology. She loves horseback riding, fishing, archery, and spending time with her 4 cats: Bella, Tabby, Lily and Marie, as well as her mini pony Piglet.
Elessa Doege
Elessa is an Eastern Shore native and lives currently in Delmar, MD with her fiance. Elessa loves pit bulls and has dogs of her own. She enjoys comic books, cartoons, video games and the occasional nap.
Jillian Kus
Jillian is a licensed veterinary technician at Somerset Regional Animal Hospital transferring to us from our sister location Pocomoke Animal Hospital. She graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College with an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. She resides in Berlin, MD with her husband Andy, three dogs Sunny, Winnie and Rufus, and her cat Norbert.
Haley Kirby
Haley moved to Salisbury, MD in June of 2018 from Delaware with her dog and two cats. Previously she worked at Savannah Animal Hospital in Lewes, DE for 2 and a half years. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her animals.
Amber Dean
Amber has been in pet care since 2014. She started out as a kennel tech and quickly realized her love for this field. She enjoys hiking, painting, spending time on the water, and of course hanging out with her dog, Jane.

Dr. Lisa Reynolds
Dr. Lisa Reynolds graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. After graduating, she obtained certification in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture at the University of Colorado. She particularly enjoys emergency care and feline medicine, and is certified in Fear-Free Feline Practice. She is also very interested in exotic animals and poultry medicine, and will treat pets of all kinds
Dr. Reynolds is passionate about pain management, including integrative therapies, such as acupuncture and laser, and loves helping clients manage chronic conditions, such as kidney disease, to help pets enjoy the best quality of life possible. She strongly believes pets deserve exceptional medical care in a fear-free environment.
